Angiline Dubien

Angiline and Rob Dubien have been selling real estate full time in our local market since 2005 and, in their own words, “We decided to move to this special 4-season recreational community because of the active lifestyle, and all the great attributes this area has to offer – the same reasons that many of our clients choose this area!”

Not only are Angiline and Rob passionate about this area, but as a real estate team they complement each other’s strengths.

Their clients benefit from Angiline’s background in sales in the recreation and hospitality industry, her natural networking skills (she is known for constantly promoting their client’s properties and this area) and her knack for decorating and staging. Rob is a past President of the Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS® (2011). He uses his organizational and negotiating skills from his career as a Program Manager for large financial organizations in the IT industry, as well as his love for doing major home renovations and knowledge of home construction.

They are known in the local market for their motto “We’re on a Quest to Serve You Best!” and have a loyal following of past clients and referrals resulting from their attention to service.

The Dubiens are residents of The Blue Mountains, are both avid skiers and members of the Toronto Ski Club and both enjoy volunteering with local charities & community events. In the warmer months they love road biking, golf, using their Jetski on Georgian Bay and hiking up the escarpment. Rob and Angiline are active members of the Oslerbrook Golf Club.

In 2015, 2014, and 2013 Angiline was a PRESIDENT’S GOLD Award Winner, which placed her within the Top 6-10 % of REALTORS® in the Canadian Residential Marketplace (Based on Sales Earnings).
