As clients are are often required or elect to make both exciting and difficult choices as they navigate through life’s journey, it frequently entails a relocation based on where they have decided to settle. Having been involved as an active client within the real estate market across the country from Alberta to Québec while working for Air Canada for a number of years prior to settling in Collingwood in 2016, Bryan feels confident he is well qualified to address these diverse needs and wants ranging from buying and selling residential principal residences, vacation or investment properties as well as commercial business interests. Throughout the years, Bryan has been involved in a number of successful business ventures, which has nurtured his entrepreneurial spirit as well as contributing to his overall real estate investment acumen.

When Bryan relocated from the GTA to Collingwood, which he feels is accurately referred to as ‘the 4 season playground”, he was able to not only continue his passion for real estate now as a REALTOR® versus a client, but with the leading brokerage and an incredible team of professional and knowledgeable colleagues who serve our community. He resides here with his wife and appreciates the opportunity to enjoy not only golfing and boating, the many fine restaurants with friends and family, but also the wildlife and nature in our surrounding area.

Bryan knows first hand how important honesty, integrity, compassion and respect are in real estate as the transactions involved are often motivated either financially, emotionally, or based on quality of life factors.
