Lyle Hamilton

Lyle graduated with an honours degree from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He understands all aspects of business and is well-versed in the key elements of residential and commercial property transactions. After being recruited by a Fortune 500 company upon graduation, Lyle spent ten years representing large companies, including Pepsi Co., Kellogg’s, McDonald’s Restaurants in the capacity of Director of Marketing and Brand Manager.

The gained expertise led Lyle to confidently launch his own marketing agency in Toronto which quickly attracted several major multinational clients due to Lyle’s proven corporate sales and entrepreneurial marketing track record.

This unique portfolio of knowledge and skills is an asset to anyone who is interested in having Lyle manage the sale or purchase of a home, recreational (cottage) or commercial-type property.

Further, Lyle has the advantage of hands-on, working experience building homes from the ground up after years working with his Father who took pride in building homes within the Kawartha Lakes area. The Hamiltons were known for quality workmanship. Lyle is able to easily assess a home’s value and can offer information/tips about a home’s materials such as roofing, windows, flooring, etc.

Lyle was born and raised in Toronto but spent many years in the Peterborough area when his parents moved to that area while he was in university. He and his partner, Marilyn, are thrilled to now call the Blue Mountain/Bruce-Grey Areas home after pining to move to this four-season playground for many, many years!

Lyle is an avid skier, snowboarder, cyclist, golfer and tennis player. He looks forward to sharing these activities with his three adult children, their partners and the newest member of the family…his first granddaughter.

Lyle rounds out his interests with time at his grand piano playing the classics, rock and pop tunes. Travelling is another passion which has taken him to Costa Rica, Hawaii, India, many of the U.S. States (including Alaska), St. Lucia, Jamaica, all over Europe including Greece, Germany and Scotland.
