William Gibson

After 20 years in the automotive industry, I decided to follow my mother’s advice and transition to a career in real estate. My experience in connecting with buyers and sellers from all over the world, while negotiating high dollar value transactions and staying informed on new market trends has set a strong foundation for success in real estate.

Raised in the rural communities of New Tecumseth and Caledon, I nurtured a great sense of community by participating in local events and sporting teams. I always loved travelling to the Collingwood area and when an opportunity to relocate there presented itself I went for it!

Now residing in Collingwood, I have continued to advance myself professionally and immerse myself in the community. When I’m not in the office, I am likely to be found playing in the waters of Georgian Bay, creating encaustic artwork, or doing some landscaping projects.

My passion is helping people successfully navigate the buying and selling process so that they can realize the many benefits that real estate ownership provides.
