Real Estate Agent Alexandra Bennett

Alexandra grew up in Collingwood, continuing her education at Wilfrid Laurier University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Being an avid skier and lover of all things outdoors, Alex decided to recently move back to Collingwood to enjoy the active yet balanced lifestyle the Southern Georgian Bay Area provides. Alex feels there is no place quite like home, especially when your home is Collingwood. A true believer that this area has everything you could ask for.

Alex’s initial interest in real estate began while growing up in Collingwood surrounded by the diverse homes this town has to offer. It was of no surprise when Alex rediscovered this passion after beginning her professional career in the insurance industry. Alexandra’s working background coupled with her self-motivated go-getter attitude has provided her with great ability in building professional relationships, always maintaining focus and understanding of clients’ needs and wants.

What did you do before real estate?

Prior to working in real estate I worked as an Insurance Broker in both Personal & Commercial Insurance, which provided me with well rounded knowledge of both homes and buildings. I, then worked as an Administrative Assistant & Manager of Client Care with a luxury real estate broker in Toronto’s West End prior to obtaining my real estate license. It seems that it was somewhat of a simple evolution haha!

What is your favourite place you have travelled to?

It is hard to pick just one! I had an amazing time back packing through South East Asia, South America and Europe, all of which had such unique culture, people, architecture and experiences.
