His direct exposure to residential home construction and renovations allow him to provide valuable insight to clients as to what lies behind the covered surfaces. While his background in engineering allows him to visualize the underlying building structure.
With a keen interest in home design and business, Dan’s “outside off work” interests further compliment his understanding of the real estate market. He also values time spent with his wife Chantel, and weekend BBQ’s with his family and ever-growing group of friends.
Dan carries a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and is a Certified Engineering Technologist (designated as CET). He holds a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN), and has a thorough understanding of the Ontario Building Code.
What did you do before real estate?
In my past life, I worked as an Engineering Supervisor for an engineering firm, My heart was always in real estate, business, and architecture, so I made the change and never looked back!
What business / career achievement makes you proud?
I am very proud of the Business Team my brother and I have created and grown over the past several years. The nature of the business has changed as challenges arose, but it has been a very ‘worthwhile’ and interesting road to date.
What do you love about being a REALTOR®?
I enjoy finding avenues to meet new great people. Many, if not all of my clients become friends afterwords.
