While his background in engineering allows him to visualize the underlying building structure.

With a keen interest in home design and business, Dan’s “outside off work” interests further compliment his understanding of the real estate market. He also values time spent with his wife Chantel, and weekend BBQ’s with his family and ever-growing group of friends.

Dan carries a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and is a Certified Engineering Technologist (designated as CET). He holds a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN), and has a thorough understanding of the Ontario Building Code.
