Just a quick insight into my world; I’ve been in the industry since 1993 as a self fulfilling, successful Broker and worked my business by Repeat and Referral. I got into the Management side of the business in 2004. I am a certified Mentor with Buffini and Company for 10 years now, and have guided and educated over 260 REALTORS® through an exhaustive learning program and a system to work by. I’ve opened speaking engagements live for Joe Niego, one of North Americas top educator for REALTORS®, spoken to and educated Salespeople in the banking industry with Bank of Nova Scotia, spoke at meetings for Trader Corporation in Toronto and Mentored Mentors across the GHA and GTA. I’ve hosted room filled events and training sessions and groomed many to be successful.
