I spent my first 12 years in the trenches building a referral-based business on simple honesty and hard work. But in 2004, I realized my true “why” wasn’t just closing deals—it was helping other people build lives they could be proud of. For the last 22 years in management, I’ve acted as a sounding board, a strategist, and a coach for over 260 REALTORS®.

A Modern Edge with a Classic Foundation I’ve been a Certified Buffini & Company Mentor for over 22 years and have had the honor of speaking to audiences virtually across North America—from the Bank of Nova Scotia to Trader Corporation events. Today, I pair that “old school” wisdom with one of the most tech-advanced brokerages in the country. My goal? Giving you the cutting-edge tools you need to stay ahead, without losing the personal touch that makes this business great.

The “Why” Behind the Work Life is a gift, and I don’t take a single day for granted. Losing a very close friend at 35—someone who was a pillar of health—was a massive wake-up call for me. It’s why I “wake up and smell the roses ” every single day (usually with a cup of Folgers in hand!) and why I pour so much heart into my work.
