John Armstrong has been involved in some form of real estate all his life since graduating from U of T in Civil Engineering, initially in land development in Ontario, Alberta, and Florida. He next started his own real estate consulting company which consulted to Trent University and the University of Guelph where he started and managed their real estate division for almost 20 years, then did likewise at University of Victoria in BC.

He and his wife Brenda decided to return to Ontario in 2009 to be with family. John had started his Ontario real estate course ‎when still in BC with a view of tackling that aspect of the real estate “sales” market when returning to Ontario. He joined a brokerage in Wasaga Beach in 2009, as his family had owned a cottage there for many years.
