Hi – I’m Karl Hannan, your local real estate agent in the Southern Georgian Bay Area. I spent my youth rambling around the hills near Blue Mountain attending High School in Stayner and enjoying the lifestyle our area has to offer, skiing at Blue Mountain, swimming at Wasaga Beach and fishing in the local rivers and streams.

After studying economics in Vancouver I returned to Ontario and worked in the computer networking industry, as a Sales Professional and in Sales Management. Eventually I migrated to property investment and development. Over my personal and professional career I have lived in Ontario, British Columbia and the United Kingdom.

As your Real Estate agent, I bring to you a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the area and property market that is one of the best in the area. My expertise will not find you a house but will discover your new home.

What did you do before real estate?

I have been in sales all my life. I starting as a teenager selling firewood and logs. My career moved to sales management in the IT sector to owning and developing property in Canada and the UK.

What do you love about being a REALTOR®?

I enjoy the friendships that I make when helping my clients. love the relationships I make when working with my clients. When everything is all said and done we become close friends.

What is your favourite place you have travelled to?

I was in Zimbabwe for three weeks with my family and we donated clothing and school supplies to an orphanage and a local school. It was an amazing time and a life changing opportunity.
