Marcia brings nearly 40 years of experience as a trusted real estate professional, having launched her career in 1985 in the GTA. Originally from Jamaica, Marcia’s warmth, vibrant energy, and zest for life reflect the rich culture and values of her heritage. Beyond her professional experience, Marcia is deeply committed to giving back and actively supports local initiatives, including My Friend’s House, a safe haven for women and children, and the Mobile Soup Kitchen, which provides meals to those in need. Her passion for fostering meaningful connections extends beyond her work, creating a positive impact throughout the community.
When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, Marcia can be found performing with her band, Queen M, sharing her love of music and bringing joy to others.

What is an experience that has made you a stronger person?
After ending a 40-year relationship and navigating a challenging divorce, I discovered my voice and inner strength. This journey inspired me to channel my experiences into meaningful action, supporting organizations like My Friend’s House and the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. I am passionate about using my strength to advocate for women who may not have the support network I was fortunate to have, helping them find hope and empowerment in difficult times.
