Patrick Egan is a born and raised Torontonian who, in searching for a new adventure and a more balanced lifestyle, moved to the Thornbury area with his family and has not looked back.

Patrick joined the Royal LePage® Locations North team following 12+ years of commercial real estate experience at Colliers International Canada. Patrick has managed a diverse cross section of real estate assets including commercial (industrial, office) and retail. His expertise in managing the transaction process, combined with a creative and innovative marketing skill set, facilitated success of his clients in the GTA and across Canada. Now he adds several years of residential in the Georgian Triangle area to his repertoire. Throughout Patrick’s real estate career, he has been regarded as a broker that puts the client’s mission and goals at the forefront, offering no nonsense and candid feedback as to risks and opportunities. Patrick is known for his professionalism, enthusiasm, strong ethics and ability to think outside the box.

Prior to real estate, Patrick worked as a National Sales Manager for well-established boardroom furniture company Egan Visual Incorporated and developed Team Board, their electronic whiteboard. He also owned his own digital marketing company for 8 years.

When Patrick isn’t working, you might find him kite boarding on Georgian Bay or skiing down Blue Mountain. As a licensed pilot, certified scuba diver, hang glider and drone enthusiast, you might say he is a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
