Paul Avery grew up on the water in Meaford and has lived in Collingwood for the last 20 years. He is the proud father of two boys and the lucky husband to his wonderful wife Lisa.

Paul has had a successful career managing e-commerce stores grossing over $15 million dollars a year. He also started a successful cosmetic care line and partnered with Amazon to sell the company’s products to the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and Sweden. Further, he has had advisory roles to two companies that have been sold for over $30 million dollars.

Paul also invests in real estate. He manages his own portfolio of 3 investment properties and his family’s 7 investment properties located between Owen Sound and Collingwood.

As well as extensive knowledge of the investment property market, Paul as an avid skier, hiker and sailor has a clear understanding of the needs (wishes, wants, desires) of recreational purchasers in our four-season paradise on Georgian Bay.
