Parenting my son Jack, who is Neurodiverse has given me superhero-level strength and empathy powers that no gym membership could ever provide! This beautiful journey has taught me to see the world through different lenses, making me fluent in the language of compassion while developing biceps of patience I never knew I had or needed. Who knew that becoming an expert in understanding diverse behaviors would transform me into both a stronger advocate and a more connected human being—turns out my son has been the real teacher all along.
