Hi, I’m Crystle Martynuik.

I believe that buying and selling a home doesn’t have to be stressful. By taking the time to closely listen to and meet my clients’ needs, the buying and selling experience becomes fun and easy.

I know what it’s like to settle into a new city, town, community, and home. Having lived across Canada and in Collingwood for the past decade, I understand the stress that can come with relocating. Buying or selling your home shouldn’t add to that. As the newest member of the Hawkins Ryerse Group, I have been fortunate to work alongside a team of service-based professionals that help clients buy and sell homes in the South Georgian Bay area.

Prior to joining the Hawkins Ryerse Group, my work took me across Canada; from property management for a tourism-based destination, to commercial development for a large national grocery chain, as well as representation for buyers and sellers at another brokerage. My passion for real estate and serving clients grew through these experiences, along with my negotiating and business skills. Backed by a post-graduate diploma in business marketing, my education aids in servicing my clients’ best interests.

More recently, my experience working at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital Foundation endeared me to the community I’m proud to call home. My husband, our three children and I can often be found biking or running on the trails, skiing on the slopes, or splashing in the waters of Georgian Bay.
